Rechtsanwältin, Gründerin der Software Compliance Academy, beschäftigt sich seit über 10 Jahren mit dem Thema Open Source. Vor Gründung der Software Compliance Academy war sie u.a. als Direktorin fuer die US Stiftung Creative Commons sowie als Associate Professor an der Keio Universität in Japan tätig. Ausserdem war sie Mitglied des World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Councils “Future of the Intellectual Property System” und hat in Zusammenarbeit mit der Shuttleworth Fundation und der Free Software Foundation Europe eine standardisierte Vorlage fuer sogenannte "contribution agreements" erstellt (contributoragreements.org).
